A short PDF by email: what's wrong or out of date on your listings and what to fix first, so you can correct old hours or an old number before customers see them. With Groundwork it comes twice a year, with step-by-step guides. With Full Season it comes 4 times a year, and we fix your Google profile for you.

Can my estimate form ask for the details I need?
Yes. Your form asks for the address and the service they need, so you can look at the property on the map before you quote. We keep it short, so homeowners actually send it.
Why email instead of phone calls?
Because you're on the mower when the phone rings. By email you answer when you have a minute, nobody plays phone tag, and you always have the price, the launch date and every change in writing. No "I thought you said..." later.
What if I don't have photos?
We can start with stock photos so nothing waits. But your own job photos are what make your site work, so we'll ask for them right away and swap them in as soon as you send them. Easiest habit: one photo from the curb when you pull up, one when you're done, same angle.
Your account
What happens if I cancel?
Your domain and the photos you sent are always yours. If you cancel, your site stops being published. Want to take the site with you? There's a transfer fee, based on how long you've been with us and how much has been built. Ask us for details.
What do you take care of behind the scenes?
Hosting, security and updates are all included. Every site is written by hand, with no plugins, so there's nothing for you to update or fix. Your domain is registered in your name, and it stays yours.
I already have a website and domain. Can I keep them?
You keep your domain, and we point it to your new site. Anything useful on your old site, like your service list or good photos, can carry over to the new one.
Do you need access to my Google or Facebook accounts?
With Groundwork, no. The audit only reviews what's public, and you make the changes with our step-by-step guides. With Full Season, you add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile, with no password shared, and you can remove us any time. We only update your hours, services, categories, description and photos.
