1. What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email, business name and message from the contact form, and, if you become a client, the photos and details for your website.
2. How we use it
To reply to your request and, if you become a client, to build and update your website. We never sell your information or share it for marketing. The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, and the site is hosted by Cloudflare.
3. Analytics & cookies
If you tap "Accept" on the cookie banner, we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit, where they visit from and how long they stay on a page, so we can improve the site. That's all. If you tap "No thanks", it doesn't run. You can change your choice any time with the button below.
4. Payments
Client payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal. Your card or bank details go straight to them. We never see or store them.
5. How long we keep it
If you don't become a client, we delete your information within 12 months. If you're a client, we keep it while you are, and delete it within 30 days after you leave. Payment records are kept by Stripe or PayPal as the law requires.
6. Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we have about you, to correct it or to delete it. We'll take care of it within 30 days.
7. Security
We keep your information in secure accounts with two-step sign-in, and the site uses a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method online is 100% secure, but we do our best to protect what you send us.
8. Other things to know
- The law: we only share your information if the law requires it, for example a court order.
- Children: this site is for business owners, not for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
- Links to other sites: if you follow a link to another website, its own privacy policy applies.
- Changes: if we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Clients hear about important changes by email first.
